Delivery: Orders of in-stock items ( European fabrics and In-Stock Liberty) will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise requested. Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders of patterns not currently in stock will be shipped upon receipt, approximately 6 weeks.

Payment: Goods will be shipped COD on first orders unless prepaid with a Mastercard or VISA, or otherwise approved by the sales representative or Heirloom Imports, Inc. Accounts will be set up on second and third orders or new accounts may be opened at any time with credit approval.

Quantities and minimum orders: The minimum order is one bolt of fabric. Liberty bolts have a miminum of 16.25 yards, while European fabrics are rolled on tubes of 12-15 yards.

Returns: Heirloom Imports must approve returns for reasons other than damaged merchandise. All transactions must be settled within the week of receipt of the goods.
